Shipping policy

Before finalizing your order, you will have the choice between different delivery options and you will also be able to see the estimated delivery times and dates based on the delivery address.

Orders are usually shipped to your shipping address from a designated warehouse. If part of your order is shipped from one of the other warehouses in our global network, that part of your order will be shipped via standard delivery. You will be able to see the estimated delivery date on the checkout page.

You will only be charged once for all your items, even if they come from different warehouses in our global network.

We do everything possible to ensure delivery times are respected, but there may be delays; for example due to delays in postal services or carriers, logistics or weather conditions. We will make sure to keep you informed and you should be able to track your package.
